CANDLE CARE & SAFETY TIPS

1) Always keep wicks trimmed to 1/2". Never trim wicks while they are burning.

2) Keep candles out of the reack of children and pets.

3) Keep candles away from flamable items like curtains or drapes.

4) Keep candles out of drafts, this can cause flare ups and uneven burning.

5) Never place a candle on a heat source like a T.V. or stove.

6) Discard candle when it is 1/2" from the bottom of the container. FAILURE TO DO THIS CAN RESULT IN THE GLASS OVERHEATING AND BREAKING

7) Never leave a burning candle unattended. 

A COUPLE OF HELPFUL TIPS

1) Trim your wick after each use when wick is cool.

2) Never trim your wick too short, just a little at a time, always leaving about 1/2".

3) Burn candles approx. 1 hour for each inch width of your candle. For example: If your container is 3" wide burn approx. 3 hours.

4) Trimming wicks - use a wick trimmer, scissors or nail clippers(these work wonderfully)
